Anyone who knows me knows I like to do engagement photography sessions on Sundays when in downtown Houston. So when it came time to schedule a date for an engagement photography shoot in Houston with Ayesha and Rameez, I should have looked at the sports calendar.
We headed out to Hermann Park first. The hours before sunset is a popular time for photographers and the park was crowded with various types of sessions happening all at once. We worked around the crowds and then decided to head to downtown Houston, where on Sundays, there is very little traffic and virtually no crowd.
Boy, was I wrong.
It was game 2 of the ALCS baseball game between the New York Yankees and the Houston Astros and downtown Houston was slammed with traffic!
We were fighting the the traffic, crowds and dying light but were able to create magic during this session! Take a look.
